Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use WhereIWatch. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Fan accounts are created using a phone number verified via one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone number current and your account secure.
• Bar administrator accounts require an email address and are used to manage venue listings, events, and reservations.
• You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

WhereIWatch is a sports bar discovery platform that helps fans find nearby venues showing specific games. Features include venue search, live game schedules, in-app chat between fans and bar administrators, and reservation holds.

We are a technology platform that connects fans with venues. We are not a bar, restaurant, or event organizer. We do not control or guarantee venue operations, availability, or the accuracy of event listings provided by bar administrators.

• Reservation holds are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• A reservation hold is not a guarantee of seating. Venues may have their own policies regarding capacity, minimum spend, and cancellation.
• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each venue. WhereIWatch will make reasonable efforts to display applicable policies but is not responsible for venue-level decisions.
• You agree not to initiate chargebacks for services properly rendered. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post or transmit harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory content in chat messages or venue reviews.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a venue.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.

If you register as a bar administrator, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your venue, including hours, capacity, and event listings.
• Honor reservation holds made through the platform in accordance with the policies you have published.
• Respond to fan inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Not use fan data obtained through WhereIWatch for purposes other than fulfilling reservations and communicating about events at your venue.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with WhereIWatch are the property of OSLE Holdings Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform without prior written permission.

By posting content (such as chat messages or venue descriptions) on the platform, you grant OSLE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating the WhereIWatch service.

WhereIWatch integrates with third-party services including Google Places, Stripe, Twilio, and ESPN. Your use of features powered by these providers is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Game schedules, scores, and venue information are sourced from third parties and may contain inaccuracies.
• We are not responsible for any interactions, disputes, or transactions between fans and venues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OSLE Holdings Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the platform shall not exceed the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (US $50) or the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OSLE Holdings Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be submitted to good faith mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
