OSLE Holdings Inc. ("we", "us", or "OSLE") operates the WhereIWatch platform (wherecanIwatch.com and related mobile applications). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Phone number — used for one-time-password (OTP) verification when you create or sign in to your fan account, and for one-time automated voice calls to verify business ownership. Your mobile phone number is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Email address — collected when you register a bar administrator account. We use it for account management and transactional emails.
- Payment information — when you hold or reserve a spot at a bar, your credit or debit card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Chat messages — messages you send to bar administrators through the in-app chat feature are stored to facilitate communication about events, reservations, and venue details.
Information collected automatically
- Location data — with your permission, we collect your device's location to show nearby bars and personalize search results. You can revoke location access at any time through your device settings.
- Device & usage data — we collect standard log information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to maintain and improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Verify your identity via OTP during sign-in.
- Display nearby sports bars showing games you care about.
- Process reservation holds and facilitate payments through Stripe.
- Enable in-app chat between fans and bar administrators.
- Send transactional notifications (reservation confirmations, game reminders, account alerts).
- Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver parts of the WhereIWatch experience. Each provider receives only the minimum data necessary to perform its function.

3b. Messaging & Voice Call Consent
Where I Watch uses automated voice calls and email to verify business ownership of venue listings. By clicking the verification buttons on our platform, you explicitly consent to receive these communications.
- Voice verification calls — a single automated call is placed to the business phone number on file, delivering a one-time 6-digit verification code. No marketing calls are made. Calls are initiated only when you click "Call My Business Phone" on the verification page at whereiwatch.com/verify.
- Verification emails — a single email containing a one-time 6-digit code is sent to your business email address. No marketing emails are sent. Emails are initiated only when you click "Send Verification Code" on the verification page.
- Frequency — verification messages are one-time only and are not recurring. You will only receive a call or email when you explicitly request one.
- Opt-out — you may opt out at any time by simply not requesting a verification call or email. No further communications will be sent without your explicit action.
- Message and data rates — standard message and data rates may apply for voice calls based on your carrier plan.
4. Data Retention
- Account data (phone number, email) is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Chat messages are retained for 12 months after the last message in a conversation, then automatically purged.
- Location data is processed in real time and is not stored beyond the duration of an active session.
- Payment data is managed entirely by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We retain only a masked reference to the transaction.
- Server logs & analytics are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for location tracking at any time through your device settings.
- Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
- Request a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format.

6. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
WhereIWatch is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised policy on this page and updating the effective date above. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
